Andhra Pradesh HRD minister releases DSC results
Results of the District Selection Committee (DSC-2014) for 10,313 posts of government teachers in Andhra Pradesh were announced here on Tuesday.

Releasing the results, AP HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that out of 3,68,161, candidates, who appeared for DSC across the state, 37.57 per cent of candidates (1,38,344) qualified in the exam.

A district wise merit list will be out by June 9, he said.

Of the 52,403 candidates for School Assistants (Language), 17,113 (32.65 per cent) were qualified. Similarly, in School Assistants (Non-Language), out of 2,06,399 appeared candidates, 67,747 (32.89 per cent) candidates qualified.

In SGT category, out the total 51,531 candidates, 31,090 (60.80 per cent) were qualified and in Language Pandits, 29.23 percent (14,636) of 50,070 candidates were qualified.

In PET, all 7,758 candidates were qualified.
