The KSET 2024 examination is scheduled for November 24 and will take place in a single session from 10 AM to 5 PM, encompassing 41 subjects. The examination will consist of two papers having multiple-choice questions. Paper 1 will contain 50 questions, amounting to 100 marks, while Paper 2 will consist of 100 questions, totaling 200 marks.
Registration fee
Candidates belonging to the general category, CAT-2A, CAT-2B, CAT-3A, CAT-3B, and other state categories are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000, whereas those in the CAT-1, SC, ST, PwD, and transgender categories must pay Rs 700. The deadline for fee payment has been extended to August 30.
Eligibility criteria

Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for KSET 2024.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in the general category and 50% marks for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Transgender, and Other Backward Classes (OBC), specifically Category-I, Category-IIA, Category-IIB, Category-IIIA, and Category-IIIB, in a Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi, in the subjects selected for KSET.
