The West Bengal 12th result 2024 is announced at 1 pm via a press conference. This year, the West Bengal HS 2024 exams were conducted from 16 February and were concluded on 29 February 2024 in a single shift i.e. 9:45 am to 1 pm.

The overall pass percentage stood at 90% in the WB HS board results from 2024. In the WB HS board exams, a total of 7,64,440 students enrolled, while 7,55,324 appeared for the exams.
In the WB HS board exams of 2024, there were 91,838 more female candidates than male candidates who had appeared in the exams. The ratio of male to female candidates stood at 44 to 56. This marks a significant shift from 13-14 years ago when there used to be far more male candidates than females.
