UPSC CDS Exam (I) 2018: The final result for Combined Defence Service (CDS) Exam I 2018 has been declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

 

The exam for preliminary was conducted in the month of February 2018.


The preliminary exam was then followed by the SSB interview for the candidates who had qualified for the second round of selection.

 

On the basis of the selection procedure there a total of 100 candidates that were recommended.

 

For the Admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy the Commission had recommended 2778, 1720, 623 as qualified in the written test respectively.

 

The number of candidates finally qualified are those after SSB test conducted by the Army Head Quarters.

 

The candidates who appeared for the exams can check the final results which are made available on the official website for UPSC.

 

The candidates who have been shortlisted for the preferred academy should forward the required documents to them.

 

The candidature is provisional and subjective to medical examination, and verification of date of birth and educational qualification of the candidates who have been shortlisted.

 

For the certificats, the Candidates are required to forward their certificates, in original, in support of Date of Birth/Educational qualification etc. claimed by them, along with Photostat attested copies thereof to Army Headquarters /Naval Headquarters /Air Headquarters, as per their first choice.
 

In case, there is any change of address, the candidates are advised to promptly intimate directly to the Army Headquarters /Naval Headquarters /Air Headquarters.

 

The marks for individual candidates will be released on the official website after completion of the whole process i.e. after declaration of final result of officer’s Training Academy (OTA) for Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2018.
