The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP has cancelled the Class 10th, 12th board examination this year. The Deputy Chief Minister and State Education Minister, Dr Dinesh Sharma announced to cancel the UP Board Class 10th, 12th Exams 2021 in light of COVID-19 pandemic havoc. The decision was made by the Deputy CM after an in-house discussion with CM Yogi Adityanath and Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank.
Now the Board authorities is all set to announce the evaluation criteria for UP Board Class 10th & 12th Results 2021. The UPMSP had earlier provided opportunity to its affilliated schools to upload last year grade marks and pre-board marks of all students on the portal soon. The UPMSP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla earlier said through a press brief that no written board examinations will be held this year and the students will be promoted to next grade on internal assessment basis.
However, those students who wish to take theoratical board examinations can appear for the same once the situation will turn conducive. Earlier on June 03, the UP State Education Dr Dinesh Sharma formed a committee to prepare an evaluation criteria to class 12th students' result. The minister has also invited suggestions from students and parents also regarding the evaluation criteria. The Board authorities will soon announce the evaluation criteria for UP Board Class 10th, 12th Results 2021.
UP Board Class 12th Results 2021 Evalaution Criteria (Tentative)
According to the reports, the board authorities have instructed the schools to upload 12th half yearly and pre board exam marks for the year 2021, while 11th half yearly and annual exam marks for the year 2020. However, no official announcement has yet been made by the UPMSP pertaining to the UP Board Class 12th Results 2021.
UP Board Class 10th Results 2021 Promotion Criteria
In order to promote the students to the next class, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has instructed schools to upload ninth grade marks of all students on the portal by May 24. According to the information received, promotions will be given to the students on the basis of the final result of board ninth grade. The UP Board Class 10th Result 2021 declaration date will be notified soon by the board authorities
A total of 56,03,813 students have registered for the UP Board Secondary and Senior Secondary Exam 2021. As many as 29,94,312 students registered for UP Board Class 10th exams. While a total of 26,09,501 students registered for UPMSP Class 12 exams this year.
