OPSC OCS Result Topper 2022: Swetashree Mohapatra has emerged as the top scorer in the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination 2022. There were five women among the top 10 candidates. However, a total of 683 candidates have cleared the OCS Exam 2022. She is a native of Bhadrak from Bhadrak.

Swetashree, cleared the OCS Exam 2022 in her first attempt. She is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur. The 27-year old has a B.Tech degree in electronics and telecommunications from NIT Durgapur. She worked at a company for three years until 2022.

According to media reports, Swetashree worked for three and half years in corporate sector before deciding to quit the job and prepare full-time for the civil services.

"Every day, I studied for 7 to8 hours, trying to cover all subjects. I am interested in appearing for the IAS exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)," Swetashree was quoted as saying by an English Daily.

According to her, hard work and concentration are essential for civil services preparation. "Do not make the exam your ultimate goal; focus on your life too. If you do not get the expected result, do not think that life has ended," said pointed out.



The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has decalared the result of Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Examination-2022. Candidates can now check the OPSC OCS 2022 Merit List on the official website (opsc.gov.in).

While Swetashree Mohapatra has topped in the examination and there are 05 women candidates among the top 10 candidates, a total of 683 candidates have cleared the OCS-2022.  It should be mentioned that the Odisha Civil Services Examination is conducted in 3 phases i.e., Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test.

OPSC OCS 2022 Merit List: Steps to download online
Step 1: Visit the official website website (opsc.gov.in).
Step 2: Go to 'What's New' section.
Step 3: Click on the "Recommendation Notice- Recruitment to the post of Odisha Civil Services - 2022 (Advt. No. 17 of 2022-23)" option.
Step 4: Download the OPSC OCS 2022 Merit List and take a printout for future reference.
