NIOS Board Exam 2020 Cancelled for class 10 & 12, Results will be Declared on the Basis of Assessment Scheme

NIOS Board Exam 2020 has been cancelled by the National Institute of Open Schooling. The board exams of class 10 and 12 were scheduled to be conducted in July. The ministry of HRD has cancelled the exam and informed the information on social media “Keeping in view the health of the learners, NIOS public exams scheduled to be held in July 2020 now stand cancelled. The results will be declared based on the assessment scheme finalized by the competent committee of NIOS.”
The result will be taken out on the basis of the assessments schemes.



Earlier, The Board exams for NIOS Class 10 and 12 were postponed by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). The students were expecting the dates for the NIOS Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2020 will be available on the official website i.e. nios.ac.in. Both theory and practical paper exams were also postponed.

The examination for 10th, 12th was scheduled to be conducted from July 17, 2020, which now has been cancelled. Earlier due to the nation-wide lockdown that was imposed to contain the spread of coronavirus cases, the examinations were postponed and an official notification was released on April 14, 2020.
