The NEET PG 2020 result for all India 50% quota seats has been declared by the National Board of Education (NBE). The result for the AIQ 50% seats is now available on the official website i.e. nbe.edu.in. Earlier the final result has been declared by the NTA on its website on January 30, 2020. 

The NEET PG 2020 examination was held on January 5, 2020, at various centres across the country. The overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the NEET PG 2020 for all India 50% quota and is valid only for All India 50% quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses (2020 admission session).

The validity of the NEET PG 2020 result shall be only for the current admission session i.e. 2020 for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses. The NEET PG 2020 result cannot be carried forward for the next session of admissions for MD/MS/PG Diploma courses.

The eligibility criteria for participation in counselling towards allotment of PG seats conducted by DGHS or State Counseling Authority shall be in accordance with Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations. The minimum eligibility criterion for General categories is 50th percentile. For SC, ST, and OBC categories, the minimum qualifying criteria is 40th percentile and for PwD (general) category candidates, the eligibility criteria are 45th percentile.

Candidates should note that the Directorate General of Health Services will conduct the separate NEET PG counselling for 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and the State quota seats. The counselling schedule for the NEET PG 2020 will be announced soon by the authority.
