Preparations are going on to release the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2021. The National Testing Agency will soon release the NEET 2021 result. Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency, NTA has again extended the deadline for correction in the details of Phase I and II and has issued an important notice regarding the NEET result. Candidates who have completed the application process and updated the Phase 2 registration details are advised to check the following fields at neet.nta.nic.in.
Keep in mind that the correction window will now remain open till 11:50 PM on October 14, 2021. Students are advised to re-check and correct (if required) the information shared under Gender, Nationality, Email ID, Category, Sub-Category and Region. Facility to make corrections is also available for those students who have made corrections earlier.
NEET Result 2021: Important Updates
- In the latest notice, NTA has informed that the scanned copy of OMR answer sheets of the candidates along with the scorecard (result) will also be mailed to the registered email id. This will be the same email id that the candidates have used and provided in their application form.
- For the NEET answer key, there is no update on the release date yet. It is expected that the answer key will be released only after the correction window is closed. Hence, it can be expected that the answer key may be released by 15th October.
- While advising all the candidates, NTA has asked all the students to check and cross-check their registered e-mail addresses in the application form again.
- As per the past trends, NTA will give around 36 to 48 hours to the students to raise the objections in the released provisional answer keys. After the objections are received, they will be verified and the final answer key will be prepared accordingly. The result of NEET 2021 will be based on the final answer key so prepared.
All the students appearing for the exam are advised to keep a check on the official websites neet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in for the latest updates. The results will also be made available online on the official website.
