The JKSSB-led examination to fill the posts of Junior Civil Engineer was held from October 27, 2021 to November 2, 2021. The answer keys of the exam were released by JKSSB on November 5, 2021. The JKSSB had also invited objections from the candidates on the answer key. After thoroughly reviewing the candidates' objections and other deliberations, the final answer key was released.

JKSSB JE Civil Result 2021 highlights
After the declaration of the result, JKSSB has further issued other notifications for the candidates through a notice, which states that:
- A candidate is not entitled to be called for document verification or appear in the Select List merely because his/her name has been listed in the result/score sheet. He/she must fulfill other eligibility criteria too and the Board's decision in this regard shall be considered final.
- The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board will invite the candidates for document verification on the basis of the merit and marks obtained by them. Notification for document verification will be issued after some time.
- Candidates who are desirous of making representations in positions assigned to them must do so before January 15, 2022, by emailing the JKSSB grievance officer on ssbjkgrievance@gmail.com. In accordance with the extant rules, such representation shall be disposed of.
- If no representation is received from the candidate, the score sheet notified shall be considered final. Furthermore, the Board also has the authority to make any necessary changes/corrections in the records at any later date on the request of the candidate(s).
