JEE Mains 2022: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to declare the results of the recently concluded engineering entrance exam JEE Mains 2022 session 2 today on August 6, as per media reports. The agency will release the results in the online mode only and the scorecards of the candidates will be published on the official website of JEE Mains. The link to the official website which will display the results is jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Mains Result 2022: What After Result Declaration?
 
Once the NTA announces the results for the exam, candidates who are declared qualified will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced exam 2022, for admission into IITs. Notably, the registration process for JEE Advanced 2022 will begin tomorrow, on August 7, 2022 on the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
 
Only those candidates stand eligible to appear for JEE Advanced, who have cleared the JEE Mains exam 2022.
 
JEE Mains Result 2022: Steps to Download Scorecards
 
Candidates must refer to the step-by-step process mentioned herewith, in order to download the scorecards for the exam.
  1. Visit the official website of JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  2. Click on the relevant link to check the result for JEE Mains 2022 Session 2 exams, which will be activated post result declaration.
  3. You will land on a new login page. Enter your valid login credentials.
  4. Click on the 'Submit' button. The scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Check all details printed on the scorecard and download it on your device.
  6. Obtain its hard copy for future references.
Candidates must note that the final scorecard for the exam will mention all important details like the best out of two scores (June and July sessions), marks secured in each section, overall marks obtained, All India rank, category that the candidate falls under and several other details as well. The marks awarded to the candidates shall be treated as final.

JEE Mains Session 2 Exam: Details
 
Session 2 of the JEE Mains exam was conducted from July 21 until July 30, 2022 by the NTA. The papers were held in the online mode for all, except for the architecture aspirants, who had to appear for offline mode exams for one or two papers.
