About India Post GDS Exam:
The India Post GDS Recruitment examination is conducted to fill various vacant posts like Branch Post Master (BPM), Assistant Branch Post Master (ABPM) and Dak Sevak. The notice released by India Post in regard to the result read, "The selection of candidates is purely merit based with reference to the post that they have applied for. In addition to this, the selection is subject to the verification of original certificates and acceptance only by the respective Recruiting Authority."
The merit list released by India Post mentions the Registration number and name of the selected candidate, along with the percentage scored by him/her in the GDS exam and the post allotted to him/her.
Uttarakhand GDS Result 2021: Steps to check
Candidates who had appeared in the examination can follow the simple steps mentioned herewith in order to view and download their respective results for the exam.
- Log on to the official website of India Post at appost.in.
- Click on the "Results" tab. Select the Uttarakhand circle.
- The India Post result will automatically be downloaded on your device. Check for your name in the result file by locating your registration number, through the Ctrl+F key.
- Obtain a hard copy of the result for future references.
