CUET UG Result 2024: The unexpected delay in the CUET UG 2024 result has left students in a dilemma.

Students who appeared for the CUET UG exam this year are uncertain whether to wait for the result or to secure their admission in a private university. Many financially capable students are securing their seats by paying fees in colleges in other states.

Parents are worried that if admission is not secured through the CUET UG score, the academic year will be wasted, and their children might not get admission anywhere. As the admission process in many other institutions is either complete or about to be completed, classes have either started or are about to begin.

In Delhi, undergraduate admissions at DU and Ambedkar University are based on CUET scores, while some programs at IPU also use CUET scores.

However, the primary criterion at IPU is the score from its own national-level exam. IPU is preparing to start the session from August 1, as their admission process will soon be completed.

Meanwhile, DU and Ambedkar University have not yet begun the post-CUET score process. Students wishing to study at DU or Ambedkar University are turning to other institutions as a Plan B.

According to the DU official notice it has already made it clear that it is fully prepared to start the UG admission process. It is just waiting for the CUET result. As soon as the result is released, the admission process will commence within two to three days.

  • Fear of Losing Fees: The student fears that if there is a delay in DU admissions, they might lose the fees paid to the Jaipur institute.
