The result for the IBPS Clerk, PO, and MT has been postponed due to coronavirus pandemic, by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).
The result will be available on the official website i.e. ipbs.in.
The candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website and check the result once released.
The official notification says “The notifications dated 01.04.2019 with respect to expiration of Reserve List on 31.03.2020 for all the above mentioned common recruitment processes shall be accordingly modified and the validity date shall be informed in due course”, read the official notice.
The examination was conducted on January 19, 2020. The result was expected to be announced in April, but now its date is not fixed. As per the official notice released, the allotments will be provided after the declaration of results in April 2020.
For now, the interview for IBPS SO 2020 has also been postponed. Earlier the interview was also scheduled to be conducted in January/February 2020 but was postponed and now again have further delayed.
The new result date would be announced by IBPS soon. Coronavirus pandemic has killed 10 people in India. A total of 511 positive cases have been detected in India till now. Maharashtra state has been the worst hit with a total of 100 cases and Kerala with 95.
