In the recent update about the CBSE term 2 results 2022, according to media reports the evaluation process for the CBSE board is likely to be completed very soon. This means that the students are likely to get their results by the end of June or in the first week of July. This year CBSE has followed a 2 terms examination pattern for the assessment of students.

As per the datesheet, the CBSE Class 10 term 2 exams were conducted from April 26th  in a time span of 29 days continuing till May 24, 2022. While the CBSE Class 12 board exam also started on 26th April and was conducted for 51 days accordingly, these examinations were completed on June 15, 2022.

As soon as the examinations were completed, CBSE has announced that the annual result will be calculated on a 30:70 basis meaning that 30% marks will be calculated from term 1 and 70% marks will be conducted from Term 2 in 2022 but the students have opened up a front in the twitter demanding the CBSE to declare the results on 50:50 per cent basis or the best of either term.

The Term wise examination system was opted because of the Covid pandemic menace in the country. CBSE has concluded the Term 1 for both class 10 and class 12th examinations in the month of November and December. Consequently, the results for term 1 were declared in the month of February.

It is expected that since the new academic session is about to start in the coming months, CBSE will try to declare the results for the current session at the earliest. In the last two years, the academic calendar was drastically de-regularised due to the Covid Pandemic.
