Last year, Prem Kumar had topped the Bihar Board examination 2017 by scoring 465 marks out of 500.
Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Chairperson Anand Kishore briefed media after releasing the class X result 2017.
Highlights of his briefing as follows:
Overall pass percentage was 50.12%.
13.91% have passed first division.
26.88% have passed second division.
9.32% have passed third division.
17, 23, 911 students appeared, 8,63, 250 students passed.
Bhavya Kumari of Simultala secured 92.8%.
This year, the Bihar BSEB conducted the matriculate (class 10) examination from February 21 to February 28.
