The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the revised exam date for National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2021. As per the latest official updates, the UPSC has announced to conduct the NDA & NA Examination (II), 2021 on 14th November, 2021 instead of 05th September, 2021. Also, the Commission has announced to conduct the objective type written exam at 75 Centres across the country.

The UPSC has opened the option for candidates to choose the their test centre from the available 75 Centres. All those candidates who have already registered for the exam can change their test centre preference before the last date i.e. June 29, 2021 (upto 06:00 p.m.). The facility to change test centre preference is available on the official website of UPSC at upsconline.nic.in.

The UPSC is conducting the NDA/ NA 2 recruitment test to fill 400 vacancies in the Indian Army/ Air Force/ Navy. Candidates enrolled in the 12th grade under the 10+2 school education pattern or an equivalent examination may also apply for this examination.

UPSC NDA/ NA Exam (II) 2021 Application Fee

Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 100 (Rupees one hundred only) unless they are SC/ST candidates or sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs listed in Note 2 below, who are exempt from paying the fee.

UPSC NDA/ NA Exam (II) 2021 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed a Class 12 exam from a 10+2 school education pattern or an equivalent examination administered by a State Education Board or a University.
  • For the Air Force and Naval Wings of the National Defence Academy, as well as the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy candidate should be 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
