The Basic Training Certificate (BTC) examination is scheduled to be conducted in the state from November 1to 3, according to an official spokesperson.
The exam was canceled earlier due to leakage of paper in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. This led to the cancellation of paper all over the state.
The Uttar Pradesh Basic Training Certificate Examination is now rescheduled to be in November 2018 between November 1 to November 3.
The Spokesperson also added that the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) examination has also been rescheduled to be in November 2018.
The State Eligibility Test is a test conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Professor in the state. It makes the candidate eligible for the post.
For both the examinations: UP BTC and TET, the answers will be declared by December 10.
After the exam results, the notification regarding the online registration process for 68,500 vacancies will be released by December 11.
He further added that the Teacher Bharti Pariksha examination will be conducted on January 6, 2019.
A meeting with senior officials of the Education Department of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was held and the decision regarding this was taken.
According to the spokesperson, the CM has instructed the STF and the police department regarding taking strict action towards the people who were involved in the BTC paper leak.
In the meeting, the CM also mentioned the types of actions that should be taken by the police.
The CM said that actions such as arresting, forfeiting property and imposing NSA, if required, against the gang leaders involved in the paper leak should be taken.
