The National Testing Agency, NTA has released the information brochure for the JEE Main 2021 examination today, December 15, 2020. Along with the information brochure, the Agency has also commenced the application process for the JEE Main 2021 various sessions from today. 

As per the official notification, aspiring candidates can fill up the application form for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2020 till January 15, 2020. The JEE Main 2020 application form is available on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2021 examination in four sessions. The first session is scheduled to be held from February 22 to 25, 2020. The candidates have the option to apply for one Session (February) or more than one Session (March /April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. The process will be held for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture colleges across the country.

Candidates are advised to go through the detailed information brochure, eligibility criteria, important dates and other details before filling the online application. 

Further, the agency has decided to provide choice in one section to rationalize the decision of different Boards across the country regarding the reduction of the syllabus. However, the total number of questions to be attempted will remain the same(Physics – 25, Chemistry – 25 and Mathematics – 25), wherever applicable.

The above Examinations will be held in “Computer Based Test” (CBT) Mode only, except that the Drawing Test for B.Arch. will be held in “Pen & Paper” (offline) mode. A candidate may appear in B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning depending upon the course/s he/she wishes to pursue.
