RPSC RAS Prelims 2024: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the syllabus for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) Preliminary Exam 2024. This exam will be conducted on 2 February 2025. The candidates who are going to appear for the same can visit the official website i.e. rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. to check the syllabus.
Along with the RPSC syllabus, the commission has also released the marking scheme and exam pattern for the candidates. According to the official notice, “The examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. The Standard of the paper will be that of a Bachelor’s Degree Level. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates, who are declared qualified for admission to Main Examination will not be counted for determining their final order of merit.”
The registration window for the same will open from tomorrow. The application window for the same will remain open till 18 October 2024. The recruitment drive will fill out a total of 733 vacancies including 346 state service posts and 387 subordinates. The Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (CCE) Preliminary Exam 2024 will consist of one paper on general knowledge and general science subjects.
The test will be objective-type and carry a maximum of 200 marks. The duration of the prelims exam will be three hours and the question paper will comprise 150 questions.
