Bihar government has declared to provide students free coaching to students who have recently passed the Bihar Board class 12th Examination and want to prepare for engineering and medical exams. 

This facility is provided to those students who can not afford the expensive fees of coaching. BSEB provides free coaching for competitive exams like the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The best in the country will teach these aspirants. This is being done under a free education program. 

BSEB has issued an official notification for the same. Students can apply for the same by visiting the official website. Students will be selected for this coaching based on the marks they score in the written exam. Also, an interview will be conducted. 

This initiative by the Bihar government is completely free. A hundred seats have been kept for students in each divisional headquarters. They will be selected on the basis of a merit list. 

According to official reports, there are 50 boys and 50 girls for medical (NEET-UG) and 50 boys and 50 girls for engineering (JEE) in each divisional headquarters. The selected students will be given coaching from the best teachers in the country, who have taught in reputed coaching institutes in Kota, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kolkata. 

How to apply for this free coaching facility?

  • Then click on the free coaching link available on the home page. 
  • After registering for the same, candidates need to pay the application fee of 100 rupees. 
  • At last, submit the application form and take a print out for future reference.
