The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invited applications for the post of IAS 2024. Interested candidates can complete the registration process till 5th March 2024, 6 pm. The UPSC CSE prelims exam will be conducted on 26 May 2024 and the recruitment will be filled for 1,056 vacancies.
Interested candidates need to pay the application fee of 100 rupees to complete the process of registration. Applicants can pay the application fee in any mode- cash or online. Candidates paying the IAS application fee by cash will have to remit the money to any branch of the State Bank of India (SBI), and those paying online can use the net banking facility of any bank or visa, master, RuPay, credit, debit card, or UPI payment mode.
The application form for UPSC CSE prelims application form was released on the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in and will be available till 6 pm today. Candidates who are making registration on this website for the very first time need to register and modify the UPSC OTR from March 6 to March 12.
Applicants need to note that UPSC has released a new set of guidelines for uploading documents. Candidates should upload a photograph that is not more than 10 days old from the online application process start date. The photograph should have the name of the candidate and the visible date on which the photo was taken.
Also, the candidates interested in making applications should be 21 years old and should not have attained 32 years as of August 1, 2024. “Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1992 and not later than 1st August 2003,”
