The Supreme Court is not satisfied with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for setting different questions for students taking National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) in regional languages. As per TOI report.
The court also observed that there should be a common question paper for all NEET examinations. The board has found itself in a fix over the regional papers of NEET 2017 examinations conducted on May 7, 2017.
Candidates appeared in Gujarati, Tamil and Bengali language complained over the difficulty level.
There have been few claims that the regional language test papers were difficult than the English and Hindi test papers. CBSE has denied that there were any variations in the question papers in a previous hearing.
The court has declined on July 15 to "nullify" NEET examinations, as it would affect candidates who have passed the test to join professional.
