Ryan International School in Gurugram has reopened on Monday, 10 days after a seven-year-old who was found dead in the washroom on September 8. 

While Pradyuman Thakur was found with his throat slit in the washroom of the school, a bus driver, Ashok Kumar has been arrested in connestion with the case.

"Pradyuman's father on Sunday expressed the concern that the reopening of the school will erase all the evidences related to the case. This will also have direct consequences on the CBI's investigation," Thakur's lawyer Susheel Tekriwala told IANS.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has also issued a show-cause notice to Ryan International School in connection with the murder of Class II student 
The board held the school responsible on seven counts in the notice.

CBSE notice said mandatory safety norms had been flouted by the school.
