The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a show-cause notice to Ryan International School in connection with the murder of Class II student on September 8. 

While the board held the school responsible on seven counts in the notice, seven-year-old Pradhyumn Thakur was murdered inside the school's washroom.

Pradhyumn was allegedly by school bus conductor Ashok Kumar, according to police. 

A fact-finding committee was formed to probe the incident.

The school management has been asked to reply within 15 days.

The school was guilty of gross negligence.
