Associate Professor in Jamia Millia Islamia’s Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dinesh Prasad has been honoured with Bharat Vikas Award.
The award is by Odisha based Institute of Self Reliance for his loyalty, diligence and outstanding performance in the field of signal processing.
Prasad was conferred with the award recently at a function in Bhubaneswar.
In 2015, Prasad was awarded young faculty research fellowship from Media Lab Asia, Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information technology (MCIT), Govt. of India for his enthusiasm in research.
During the last one year, he has presented three papers at IEEE International conferences in Japan and Cyprus. He received the best paper award in International Conference on Applied System Innovation-2017 in Sapporo, Japan in May 2017.
Prasad has authored and co-authored 48 research papers in international journals of repute and published 16 international conference papers. His research contributions are mainly in the field of Analog Signal Processing/ Generation Circuits.
