Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has issued recruitment notification to fill the vacant posts of 9061 School Assistants, Language Pandits (LP), Physical Education Teachers (PET) and Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) vacancies in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad Schools through Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) cum Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).
The eligible and willing candidates can apply online from 04/12/2014 to 17/01/2015 & send their printout copies of applications on or before 31/01/2015.

Age Limit :
The desirous candidates who wish to apply for the above mentioned posts should be aged between 18 to 40 years as on 01/07/2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
(A). For School Assistants:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and a B.Ed degree in relevant field, B.Com in relevant field or Post Graduation Degree in relevant field.
(B). For Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): Candidates should possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other equivalent certificate recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of A.P and two year D.Ed. Certificate issued by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh or its equivalent certificate recognized by NCTE.
(C). Language Pandits: Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Degree in relevant field.
(D). Physical Education Teacher:
Candidates should possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent certificate recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of A.P. and an under graduate diploma in Physical Education (U.G.D.P.Ed.) recognized by NCTE. Selection Process :
Selection will be made on the basis of written examination/ test.

Candidates need to pay Rs.250/- through APONLINE, e-seva centers and through Payment Gateway between 02/12/2014 to 16/01/2015.
