WBJEE Counselling 2024: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) is going to begin the registration and choice-filling facility for the mop-up round of the WBJEE Counselling 2024 today. Interested candidates can visit the official website i.e. wbjeeb.nic.in. to apply for the same.
The candidates may note that the registration window will remain open till 7 August 2024. This round is conducted for the candidates to take admission to engineering and other programs across public institutions across the state.
According to the counseling schedule, students will be able to lock in their submitted choices on 7 August 2024. The mop-up round seat allotment result will be released on 9 August 2024 based on the options submitted by the candidates.
The candidates who have already registered for the same will have to pay a fee of Rs 200 and confirm their participation in the mop-up round. However, the new candidates have to pay Rs 1,000. Also, all participants will have to submit fresh choices of colleges and courses.
After the payment of the registration fee, applicants will be able to view all colleges and courses available to them according to their eligibility criteria. Students are advised to select at least 20 choices.

WBJEE Counselling 2024: Eligibility criteria
- Candidates who have been allotted seats and paid the acceptance fee in either round 1 or round 2.
- Not allotted seats in any round
- Not registered earlier
- All registered candidates except those who have withdrawn a seat from the e-counseling system due to various reasons during previous rounds such as on the grounds of eligibility or similar cancellations.
