PUMDET Counselling 2024: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) is all set to release the round 2 seat allotment result for the Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) 2024 counselling today. The candidates who registered for the same will be able to check their results by visiting the official website i.e. wbjeeb.nic.in.
This counselling is conducted for the candidates who did not secure any seat in round 1 counselling or choose seat upgradation. The candidates may note that they will require their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to check the seat allotment. Those newly allotted a seat will have to pay the seat acceptance fee and then report to the allotted institute for document verification and admission.
The seat allotment fee is Rs 1000. The candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria and more details before confirming the seat. According to the counselling schedule, the last date to pay the seat acceptance fee, document verification, or withdraw their names is 11 September 2024.
If the candidate is found ineligible based on their academic scores or category certificates, the seat allotment will be cancelled. If the verification is successful and the candidate has been allotted their first choice, they will have to complete the admission process. If a candidate fails to do so, they will be barred from future seat allotments.
