Notably, the MCC had to defer the NEET PG Counselling 2021 schedule slightly due to certain admission related reasons with Round 1. The official notice released by MCC stated, "PG/PG DNB colleges who have received LoPs from NMC/NBE after the conclusion of Round 1 counselling are still contributing seats for Round 2 of the counselling process. Thus, the counselling dates for Round 2 have been revised."
However, candidates must note that the Choice filling and locking would only be available from February 7, 2022. Unlike Round 1, this option would not begin right from the next day of the registrations.
NEET PG Counselling 2021: Steps to apply for Round 2
Candidates can follow the simple steps mentioned below to apply for the Round 2 counselling process.
- Log on to the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee at mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the link located on the home page which reads "Online registration". You will be redirected to a new login page.
- Enter your login credentials to access the portal. Start filling in the application form details for Round 2 of admission and also upload necessary documents.
- Pay the application form fees and click on 'Submit'.
- Your registration process has been completed. Download the confirmation page and obtain its print out for further need.
