The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will initiate the registration process for NEET PG Counselling 2021 from today, dated January 12, 2022 onwards. The candidates desirous of appearing in the Round 1 of the counselling process can apply on the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. The final date to apply for Round 1 of NEET PG Counselling 2021 is January 17, 2022.

The locking link or choice filling link will be activated on January 13 and will remain active till January 17, 2022. The universities will conduct verification of their respective candidates from January 18 till January 19, 2022, while the seat allotment process will take place from January 20 till January 21, 2022. Results of seat allotment will be declared on January 22, 2022 and the candidates will have to report in between January 23 to January 28, 2022.

  1. Log on to the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in
  2. On the home page, click on the link that reads 'Round 1 Counselling'.
  3. Fill in the login credentials and click on 'Submit'.
  4. Enter the application form details and pay the examination fees.
  5. Post this, click on the 'Submit' button.
  6. The candidate can download the confirmation page and can also obtain a hard copy of the same for further need.
 Notably, Union Health Minister, Mansukh Mandaviya had ordered the commencement of NEET PG 2021 Round 1 Counselling on Sunday, January 9, 2022. His order came after the Supreme Court's verdict on the long-awaited NEET Counselling sessions for Postgraduate admissions for the year 2021-22. While upholding the validity of 27% OBC quota and 10% Reservation for EWS students, the court directed to begin the NEET PG Counselling sessions.
