MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the round 1 seat allotment results 2024 for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) counselling 2024. The candidates who got the seats in this round of seat allotment will have to report to their respective colleges today to complete the admission process.
According to the official notice, “The Security Deposit will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted a seat in the Second Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution. Also, the Security Deposit will be forfeited if the admission gets cancelled due to any reason.”
Candidates should also review the specific requirements of their allotted college, as additional documents may be necessary. There will be a total of four rounds of counselling for NEET UG 2024, covering 15% of All India Quota seats, including those in central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, and other medical institutions across India.
In case a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seats, they will be allowed to indicate their interest in upgrading their choice to a higher preference submitted by them. The MCC NEET UG counselling 2024 allotment order should be downloaded and carried to the allotted college during reporting.
The candidates may note that the registration window for the second round of counselling will open on 5 September 2024. And the result for the same will be issued on 13 September 2024. After the completion of this round, round three will be conducted and the result will be declared on 5 October 2024 at last the result for the stray round will be issued for the candidates on 23 October 2024.
