IGNUO Admission 2024: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration window for all the open and distance learning (ODL programmes) admission 2024.
Eligible candidates interested in enrolment of any programme can register themselves for the ODL and online programmes by visiting the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
Candidates must note that the new deadline to apply for these online programmes is till 15 July, 2024.
Additionally, candidates who are eligible can also apply for the Government of India Scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal after confirmation of admission.
Accorrding to the official notification on X, the deadline to apply for IGNOU ODL admission 2024, originally set for June 30, has been extended to July 15, 2024, as announced on X by IGNOU.
IGNOU offers a diverse array of programs through ODL, such as the Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Science, Development Communication, Digital Media, Environmental and Occupational Health, and Journalism and Mass Communication.

- Scanned photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of relevant educational qualifications (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of experience certificate, if applicable (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC, ST, or OBC (less than 200 KB)
IGNOU ODL Admission 2024: How to apply?
- Firstly, visit the official website at ignou.ac.in.
- Then, click on the “July Admission 2024” link, on the homepage.
- The new page of online and ODL programme links will appear.
- Fill the application form, upload documents and pay the fees and submit.
- Download and take a printout of the same for further reference.
