Based on the first cut off of Delhi University, the online admission for about 70 thousand seats will start from Monday. There will be three opportunities for admission to each cut-off.
 
The admission process will begin from October 12 to 14 from 10 am to 5 pm. At the same time, fees can be deposited by October 16. This time students are not allowed to attend college due to the Coronavirus pandemic. So the admission process will be completely online.
 
Students have to take admission online only through the DU portal. After getting admission from the college, the fee has to be paid online also. Admission nodal officer of Zakir Hussain College, Dr. Gurpreet Singh Tuteja says that the first cut-off is high, but students should not worry.
 
The upcoming cut-off will fall. Students are advised to take admission once in the first cut off. After the college opens, their documents will be verified. A total of five cut-offs will be issued. After this, a special cut-off will be done. Further cut-offs can also be issued if the seats remain vacant. The admission process for entrance exam based courses will begin on October 19.
 
This is the cut off schedule
- First: 12 to 14 October
- Second: 19 to 21 October
- Third: October 26 to 28
- Fourth: November 2 to 4
- Fifth: November 9 to 11
- Special cut off November 18 to 20
 
This is how online admission will be
-Students must go to their dashboard and log in. For this, they have to use their registered email ID on UG Admission Portal.
After this, the student will be shown on the dashboard which college he is eligible to enroll in for which course.
- One has to choose any college and course.
- UG will approve college admissions on the portal. Later on the portal, the college will send them a link for payment of fees.
- Fee will have to be deposited through the link. The administration is advised not to wait for the last minute for fee payment to avoid trouble.
- It has to be kept in mind that the college will ensure admission of students only after paying fees.
- If there is any deficiency in any student's document or if no document is uploaded, the college will inform the student through e-mail.
