CLAT seat allotment 2022: What's Next
Candidates who have received the allotment will have three options;
- Blocking the seat
- Applying for an upgrade
- Exiting the Admission process.
Candidates who accept the seat allotment must block their sea in their allotted college by submitting the documents and NLU fees. Once the candidate accepts the seat allotted to them, they will become ineligible for any subsequent counselling rounds.
Candidates seeking an upgrade will have to submit the documents along with NLU fees. If they fail to deposit the NLU fees their current seat allotment will be locked and they will be considered for an NLU of higher preference only if any seats are available in such NLU during the next round.
The candidate exiting the admission process will have thier name cancelled from all the councelling round.
