Biswa Bangla Biswabidalay University PG Semester I Document Verification Update: Biswa Bangla Biswabidalay has issused a notification in connection with the PG Semester I Document Verification process on the official website (www.bbb.ac.in). According to the notification, Biswa Bangla Biswabidalay PG Semester I Document Verification will be conducted tomorrow, October 3, 2024. 

Biswa Bangla Biswabidalay PG Semester I Document Verification: Here is what the official notification says
"This is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that an orientation-cum- verification program will be organized for the admitted students of PG Semester I (2024- 25 session) on 03/10/2024 as per the below mentioned schedule. All newly admitted students of PG Semester I are instructed to be present for the verification process with all the testimonials, failing which their candidature may be cancelled," read the official notification. 

Biswa Bangla Biswabidalay PG Semester I Document: Verification will be done in the respective department
Venue: Biswa Bangla Biswabidyalay University Campus
Schedule: 03/10/2024- 10.00 am onwards
Reporting & Registration: 9.30 am at the Biswa Bangla Biswabidyalay University Campus, Bolpur

Documents required for the verification process as follows: 
i) Original of all documents submitted along with the online application.
ii) Original with self-attested photocopy of following documents, in the order mentioned below, should be presented during the verification. In absence of a single document of the following list shall render ineligible for verification of the concerned student due to his/her
own cause, and his/her turn for next verification shall happen as and when decided by the university:
 Online Submitted University Application Form
 Online Payment Receipt
 Age proof document (Admit Card of Madhyamik / Birth Certificate)
 Marksheet of Madhyamik / Equivalent
 Marksheet of H.S. / Equivalent
  UG Final/6th Semester Marksheet
 Aadhaar card
 Caste Certificate (If applicable)
 Income Certificate from competent authority
 PWD Certificate (If applicable)
 EWS Certificate (If Applicable)
 Blood Group Certificate (If available)
 Migration Certificate (Mandatory)
 Recent Colour Passport size photograph - 3 copies

Students should keep in mind that the Migration Certificate (MC) is mandatory; and if, the student is unable to produce the same on the date of verification, then the MC should be submitted within a period of 10 days from the date of verification.

The admission of the concerned student shall remain provisional till submission of the Migration Certificate; and the verification will be completed only after submission of the MC.
