CLAT 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities is set to release the official notification for the CLAT 2025 examination on 7 July. According to the official notice, the tentative dates for the registration of the CLAT 2024 will also be shared, along with the exam notification on the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

 

The entrance exam is for students aiming to gain admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities (NLUs) and other participating institutions.

 

Candidates must note that this law entrance test is set to be conducted in the month of December, next year. 

 

CLAT UG 2025: Exam Details

  • The CLAT examination will consist of 120 questions.
  • Duration of the exam is 2 hours.
  • The CLAT UG paper will cover the following subjects:
    • English Language
    • Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
    • Logical Reasoning
    • Legal Reasoning
    • Quantitative Techniques

 

CLAT PG 2025: Exam Details

  • The CLAT examination will consist of 120 questions.
  • Duration of the exam is 2 hours.
  • The CLAT PG paper will cover the following subjects: Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Torts, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Labour and Industrial Law

  • Then, click on the CLAT 2025 application link, on the homepage. 
  • Now enter your login details and submit. 
  • Fill the application form, upload documents, and submit. 
  • Download and take a print out for future reference.
