AP PGECET Counselling 2024: Procedure Overview
The counselling procedure consists of the following stages:
- Selection of preferences
- Verification of documents
- Payment of the counselling fee

AP PGECET Counselling 2024: Documents required for verification
Candidates applying through GATE/GPAT are required to present the following documents for verification. The submitted certificates must be original:

- GATE/GPAT scorecard
- Provisional certificate or Degree certificate along with the Memorandum of marks from the qualifying examination
- Memo of SSC or its equivalent
- Study Certificate from Class 10 to graduation or a Residence certificate covering the seven years prior to the qualifying examination
- Integrated community certificate issued by the appropriate authority (for BC/SC/ST candidates)
- Residence certificate of either parent indicating a duration of 10 years in Andhra Pradesh, excluding any employment period outside the state, obtained from the M.R.O for candidates who have studied outside Andhra Pradesh
- Transfer certificate

Candidates who have completed their studies in Telangana but wish to apply for AU/SVU regions must provide a local status certificate.
