AP EDCET Counselling 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is going to close the registration window for the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EDCET) 2024 counselling today. Interested candidates can visit the official website i.e. edcet-sche.aptonline.in. to register for AP EDCET counselling 2024.
The registration fee is Rs 1,200 for candidates belonging to OC, and BC categories, while Rs 600 is for SC, ST and other category candidates. According to the counselling schedule, the institute will begin the web options exercise for AP EDCET counselling 2024 from 3 to 7 September 2024.
The candidates will be able to change the web options on 8 September 2024. The allotment of seats for the first phase of counselling will take place on 10 September 2024. Those who want to participate in this counselling must be at least 19 years old. However, there is no maximum age limit or criteria for the same.
Also, to participate in this the candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in their Bachelor’s Degree such as Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science in Home Science, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or Bachelor of Business Management (BBA) or in a relevant post-graduate degree, or a five-year integrated course in the relevant subject or an equivalent qualification.
However, the candidates from the reserved category will get a 10% relaxation. Those who have passed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) with a minimum of 55% marks and have studied mathematics and physics will be able to participate in this counselling to get admission into the course.
