AP EAMCET 2024: The Department of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh has begun the document verification for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Architecture, and Pharmacy Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2024 today. The AP EAMCET 2024 counselling registration started on 1 July 2024. Eligible candidates can register themselves for counselling by visiting the official website i.e. eapcet-sche.aptonline.in/EAPCET/.
According to the counselling schedule, online document verification will be commenced till 10 July 2024 and web options entry will be open from 8 to 12 July 2024, and the facility to change options saved previously will be allowed on 13 July 2024.
The candidates may note that the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling registration and fee payment deadline is 7 July 2024 and the counselling registration and fee payment deadline is 7 July 2024.
AP EAMCET 2024 Counselling: Seat allotment result
It should be noted that the AP EAMCET 2024 seat allotment result 2024 will be announced on July 16. While candidates are required to report to the allotted college from July 17 to July 22, the classes are scheduled to commence from July 19.
AP EAMCET 2024 Counselling: Types of Options after seat allotment
After being assigned a seat in AP EAMCET 2024 counselling, candidates will be able to select from the following options.
Freeze option
Opting for the "freeze" option indicates that the candidate is content with the allocated seat in the ongoing counselling round. They opt out of any subsequent rounds and decline to explore other seat possibilities. By selecting this option, candidates secure their seat choice and validate their acceptance.
Float option
By selecting "float," candidates can secure their current seat while expressing their desire to be considered for more preferred options in future counselling rounds. If a better seat opens up later on, they have the option to switch to it.
Slide option
It permits candidates to confirm the currently assigned seat while also giving them the option to switch to a seat of higher preference within the same institution in future rounds, should the opportunity arise.
