The admissions to undergraduate courses at St Stephen's college for the 2015-16 academic session will begin on May 28.

While Delhi University had announced its admission schedule last week, minority institutions St Stephen's and Jesus and Mary college notify their schedule and admission guidelines separately.

"The entirely online application process will begin on May 28, 2015 on the college website, www.ststephens.edu. The last date for submitting applications is June 15, 2015," college spokesperson Karen Gabriel said.

"Shortlisted candidates based on aggregate of best four subjects will be called for an interview which shall be preceded by an aptitude test of 30-minutes duration."

"These tests carry 5 per cent over-all weightage and will be conducted at 7:30 AM for candidates who Will be interviewed in the pre-lunch sessions. Those appearing for interviews after lunch will write their tests at 1:30 PM," she added.


IGNOU launches online admission system

The college offers honours courses in Economics, English, History, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Chemistry along with the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) pass courses.
Earlier, the college used to enroll students on the basis of a personal interview and cut-offs announced after Class XII examinations.
