The deadline for applying to the Mumbai University’s law courses has been extended to August 31, 2017.
The commissioner of the Common Entrance Test (CET) cell apprised the high court that the decision to extend the deadline was taken as no response was received from the varsity on the announcement of examination results of undergraduate students, The Indian Express.
The report further pointed out that Rui Rodrigues, who was representing the varsity in the court, sought time till August 24 to give a clear picture of the likely date of the announcement of results.

Mumbai University was expected to release the undergraduate programme's results on August 5, 2017.
