MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024 Round 2 Registration update: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is all set to commence the registration for the second round of National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2024 tomorrow, September 5. The counselling will be for admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS, BDS programmes offered at medical and dental colleges. The last date to apply for MCC NEET UG counselling 2024 is September 10.

 
Candidates, who registered during the first round of MBBS or BDS counselling and did not get any seat or didn't report to the allotted seat, are not required to register again. However, those applying for the first time in round 2 will have to pay the registration fee and exercise fresh choices of colleges and courses.

If a candidates, who registered in round 2 counselling, is not allotted a seat, he or she can participate in round 3 directly without fresh registration.

MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: Elibility details for 2nd seat allotment 
The following candidates will be eligible for the second round of seat allotment:
 Candidates who registered but did not receive any seat allocation during the first counseling round.
Candidates who were allocated a seat but had it canceled during the document verification process upon reporting for admission will be eligible for seat allocation in the subsequent round, with a revised category.
Candidates who reported to the designated institute during the first round of allocation and indicated their willingness for second round upgradation as affirmative.
Candidates who were assigned a seat but did not proceed to join.
Candidates who have formally resigned from the seat allocated in the first round through online means.

MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: Documents required
  • Allotment letter
  • NEET UG admit card
  • Date of birth certificate (if not included in the matriculation certificate)
  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
  • Passport-size photographs (same as affixed on the application form)
  • Proof of identity (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License/Passport)
  • Additional certificates if applicable (SC/ST Certificate, OBC-NCL Certificate, Disability Certificate, EWS Certificate)
