The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019 final result today, August 04, 2020. The result is now available on the official website of the UPSC at upsc.gov.in. The candidates who qualified the main examination and appeared in the interview round can check the result by visiting the official website.
A total of 829 candidates have successfully qualified for the final appointment. While the candidature of 66 recommended candidates is provisional. The result of 11 candidates has been kept withheld.
The official notification reads, "Based on the result of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2019 held by the Union Public Service Commission in September 2019 and the interviews for Personality Test held in February-August, 2020, following is the list, in order of merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment."
The shortlisted candidates will be appointed to the following post under the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019;
(i) Indian Administrative Service;
(ii) Indian Foreign Service;
(iii) Indian Police Service; and
(iv) Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link that reads "UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019 Result" available on the home page.
Step 3: A pdf will be displayed on the screen
Step 4: Check your roll no. in the pdf and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
