UP Board 2022 Update Results Date - PC : My Result Plus
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shishkha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the notification for the results declaration date and time today. According to the notification, UP Board Class 10th results will be declared tomorrrow at 2 PM while the Class 12th Board will be released at 4 PM. So, now it is important that all the students who have appeared for the UP Board class 10th, 12th 2022 are aware of all the minute details that might come in handy once the results are declared. 

In this article, the Team of 'My Results Plus' have tried to explain the percentage calculation formula that every student should keep in mind to grasp a full understanding of their UP Boards Class X and Class XIIth results 2022.

This year the UP boards exams were conducted from 14th March to 12th in offline mode after a gap of two years because of the covid pandemic. According to official data, 51,92,689 candidates registered for the UP Boards Class 10th and Class 12th examination. Out of which, 27,81,654 student were expected to appeared for the high school(class 10) and  24,11,035 were expected to appeared for the intermediate (Class12) examinations. To much surprise, nearly 4 lakh students skipped the UP Board examination 2022 on the first day.

UP Board Results 2022: How to Calculate Aggregate Percentage?


After the results are declared students can simply apply the below-mentioned formulas to check the marks percentage:
 

(I)  Percentage (%) = {Total Marks Obtained (All Subjects) ÷ Total Marks} × 100


The above mention formula will be applied when you want to calculate the Aggregate pass percentage. The formula is can be used by students who have taken Additional subjects in the 10th or 12th Board Examination.
 

(II)  Percentage (%) = {Total Marks Obtained (Top Five Subjects) ÷ Total Marks} × 100


This formula will be applied to calculate the percentage scored in the top five subjects. The merit list is also prepared using this percentage formula. The formula will useful for UP Board class 12th students who were enrolled in additional subjects in their academic session.


 
(III)  Percentage (%) = {Total Marks Obtained (Top Four Subjects) ÷ Total Marks} × 100


 The Best four subjects percentage formula is not in general use but some educational institutes use this formula for admission to the certain course offered in their institution.
