If we look at the results of the previous years, it is found that with an increase in the number of appearing students, the number of passing students are also increasing. This means that every year the students are getting more serious about their studies and putting much more effort than the previous years. In the year 2013 the passing percentage was only 79% whereas in the year 2016 this figure rose to 89%, which is a good achievement. This year in 2017, the board is expecting that the students will cross even this figure and the passing percentage will further rise to about 92%. It is also observed that the passing percentage of the girls have always been higher as compared to the passing percentage of the boys by at least 1%. Like in the last year in 2016, the passing percentage of the boys was 86.5% while for the girls it was 87.6%. It seems that the girls are more diligent in the state of Jharkhand.
