The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the 12th result today (July 14). According to the media reports, the Himachal Pradesh Intermediate board examination result was declared by 12.30 pm. The result is now available on the official website of the HPBOSE at hpbose.org. The HPBOSE has prepared the result for class 12 students on the basis of special evaluation criteria. The result of the students will be based on the marks of class 10, 11 and 12. Unlike CBSE, the weightage given to each section by HPBOSE is different. Students who dissatisfied with the result prepared with this formula, will also get a chance to take the exam physically.

The board exams were earlier canceled due to the ongoing pandemic situation by the Himachal Pradesh government and in line with the decision of the central government regarding cancellation of CBSE board exams. The government had said that for calculation of marks for class 12 students, HPBOSE will prepare a formula from the one being prepared by CBSE.

  • Click on the 'Get Result' tab

  • The HPBOSE Class 12 Result 2021 will be displayed on the screen

  • Download the result pdf and take its printout for future use. 

Last year, the HP Board had declared the results of the HPBOSE class 12 examination on June 18, 2020.  A total of 75.78% which was 13% more than the  HP Board Result 2019. A total of 86,633 students appeared for the exam out of which 65,654 students have successfully qualified the exam while 11,017 students failed to score minimum passing marks. A total of 9,391 students got compartment in the result. As per the official notification, the pass percentage stood at 76.07% by excluding the total absentees.
