CBSE Compartment Result 2020: Class 12th Result to Be Declared in October, Check Date

The Central Board of Secondary Education has informed the Supreme Court that the results of the Class XII compartment will be released by October 10. CBSE Class XII results will be released on the official website cbse.nic.in. CBSE gave this information to the Supreme Court during the hearing on Thursday.
 
UGC also told the court that due to the amendment in the academic calendar, the admission process will be finished by October 31. Provisional admission will continue even after the last date. A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and Sanjeev Khanna was hearing the CBSE and UGC cases. The court has recorded statements made by the UGC and CBSE. Earlier, the court had asked the CBSE and UGC to coordinate with each other, so that students can get admission in the current academic year.
 
The compartment examinations of CBSE are being conducted until September 29. The court had said that 2 lakh students taking compartment examination of CBSE should not be disturbed. The students appearing for compartment examination had appealed through a petition in the court to release CBSE compartment exam results soon so that they can get admission to colleges in the current academic session. The court said that the career of two lakh children is not a small matter.
