Hours before Union Public Service Commission Mains IAS2016 results were officially declared by UPSC, fake results on differentunknown websites were misleading students.
As the Union Public Service Commission CivilServices Mains 2016 candidates are waiting eagerly for the final results tocome out, there is a fake result doing rounds of the social media, reports www.pagalguy.com.
According to the report, the PDF file circulatedover WhatsApp and other social media platform carried fake roll numbers.Terming itself as the ‘Press Note’ from the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC), the pdf file has caused ambiguity among the candidates waiting for theresults eagerly.
The authentic results are available onwww.upsc.gov.in.

Log on to www.upsc.gov.in.
Click on the ‘Whats’s new’ section.
A PDF file with names of successful candidates popsup.
Note: Forlatest updates, the candidates should keep track on the official website ofUPSC.
Selected candidates have to attend for personal test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). Personality Test will likely to held from 20-03-2017.
