Applications are invited by North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) for the posts of 46 Apprentice. Candidates who have cleared ITI & Diploma can apply. The official website is neepco.co.in

 

The Corporation is engaged in planning, designing & executing power projects of hydro, thermal & Solar and entering into Wind Energy Projects. The Corporation proposes to engage 46 apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for a period of one-year apprenticeship training in the following trades for its different Plants/ Projects/ Establishments.

Post: Technician Apprentice

Pay Scale: 15000/- (per month)

 

Post: Trade Apprentice
No. of Vacancy: 12
Pay Scale: 14877/- (per month)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

 

Trade Apprentice: ITI Trade Certificate Course from a recognized Institute approved by the State Government/ Central Government.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

How to Apply: Candidates must apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted. Interested Candidates may apply Online through the website neepco.gov.in from 05.02.2020 to 28.02.2020 and send the hard copies of Online Application Form along with all relevant documents to The Deputy General Manager (HR) Recruitment, NEEPCO LTD, Brookland Compound, Lower New Colony, Shillong – 793003, Meghalaya, on or before 09.03.2020

 

Job Location: Meghalaya

 

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Written Test. Selection shall be based on merit as per mark secured in the engineering Diploma/ ITI Course (as the case may be). If there are large numbers of applicants, the management reserves the right to conduct a written test of 100 marks and candidates shall be shortlisted based on the mark secured in the written test.
